Shipping and returns

Tuki®'s shipping policy only applies to orders placed via www.tuki.ch.

Shipping methods

Tuki® works with several parcel service providers such as UPS, DHL, DPD. In order to offer you the best possible service, Tuki® reserves the right to select the right service provider for your order. The service provider depends on your region and the size of your order. The delivery time for your country will be displayed when you place your order. As a rule, the delivery time within Europe is two to seven working days.

Orders are shipped on weekdays, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that bad weather, peak shopping times or public holidays may delay the delivery of your order.

Shipping and customs fees

There are no shipping or customs fees when ordering a Tuki or Tuki Discovery Scarf.

Delivery countries

Tuki currently delivers to the following countries:

Switzerland, Liechtenstein, entire EU.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your Tuki® products, you can return them within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason. After this period has expired, a return is no longer possible.

If an item is damaged, incorrectly delivered or parts are missing, please contact Tuki® customer service via our website.

Please inform Tuki® of incorrectly delivered or damaged items as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of delivery, so that we can process the refund.

Which items can be returned?

Tuki only accepts returns on items purchased through our website.

All returned items must, where possible:

be in original condition;

Be in the original packaging;

be complete (including all parts, accessories, manuals, etc.).

Returning an item

Please follow these simple steps:

Contact Tuki® via info@tuki.ch to arrange a return. Tuki® will then send you the necessary documents.

If possible, return the item in the original packaging. Make sure the packaging adequately protects the item so that it is not damaged during shipping.

After Tuki® has received and inspected the item, we will refund you the corresponding amount.

Which returns are non-refundable?

Items with missing components, parts, original packaging, packing materials, contents, accessories and/or instruction manuals will not be refunded.
