Is shipping to the EU free?

Since we ship from our German warehouse, delivery to the EU is completely free and duty-free. There are no additional costs for our customers after ordering.

Our Tuki wobbles. What can we do?

This is usually due to an uneven floor. As a first step, the Tuki should be positioned in the desired location in the house. Then all screws are loosened a little and tightened again under load on the two side parts. This should fix the problem in most cases. If this doesn't work, please feel free to contact us.

Who is the Tuki suitable for?

The Tuki is suitable for small children as soon as they can stand and walk safely and independently. The Tuki can then be used until the child is at least 8 years old by removing the rear crossbar.

Has the Tuki been tested for safety?

The Tuki was officially tested by TÜV SÜD.

What weight can the Tuki hold?

The Tuki can easily hold up to a weight of 50 kg.

Where can I find my Tuki's serial number?

The serial number can be found at the top left of the safety sticker, which is located on the stabilizer board.

To what degree can I wash my Tuki discovery cloth?

The Tuki discovery cloth can be washed up to 40°, but is not suitable for tumble drying.
