Tuki®’s shipping policy only applies to orders made through www.tuki.ch.

Shipping methods

Tuki® works with several parcel service providers such as UPS, DHL, DPD. In order to offer you the best possible service, Tuki® reserves the right to choose the right service provider for your order. The service provider depends on your region and the size of your order. The delivery time for your country will be displayed when you place your order. As a rule, the delivery time within Europe is two to seven working days.

Orders are dispatched on working days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that inclement weather, peak shopping periods or public holidays may delay the delivery of your order.

Shipping and Customs Fees

There are no shipping or customs fees when ordering a Tuki or Tuki Discovery Scarf.

Delivery Countries

Tuki currently delivers to the following countries:

Switzerland, Germany, Austria


If you are not satisfied with your Tuki® products, you can return them within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason.

If an item is damaged, mis-shipped, or missing parts, please contact Tuki® Customer Service through our website.

Please inform Tuki® of any incorrectly delivered or damaged items as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days of receipt of delivery, so that we can process the refund.

Which items can be returned?

Tuki only accepts returns of items purchased through our website.

All returned items must:

be in original condition;;

be in the original packaging;

be complete (including all parts, accessories, manuals, etc.).

Returning an Item

Please follow these simple steps:

Contact Tuki® via info@tuki.ch to arrange a return. Tuki® will then send you the necessary documents.

Return the item in the original packaging. Make sure the packaging protects the item adequately so that it will not be damaged in transit.

After Tuki® has received and inspected the item, we will refund you the corresponding amount.

Which returns are non-refundable?

Items missing components, parts, original packaging, packing materials, contents, accessories and/or instruction manuals will not be refunded.

Items returned 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.
